Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it.
To request a cancellation, please email Pipminee@gmail.com with your order number and "Cancel Order" in the subject line.
Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours, as they will have already begun processing.
Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed within 2–7 business. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Product Quality
Each item is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure the highest quality.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
